Keep a track of your service with the N3 Service portal
As you know, the N3 Service portal has been designed to provide the N3 user community with up to date information about their N3 service.
There are currently 400 registered users of the ortal but many more N3 users could benefit from this service! By simply registering at the site, click here, customers can log on whenever and wherever they have an internet connection and access features such as:
- a speed test tool for all N3 connections of 40Mb/s or less;
- a network status dashboard;
- an N3 faults tracking facility;
- ability to log and track complaints; and
- access to High Speed Customer Reports (HSCR) for PCT N3 users.
A series of tutorials are also available to support our Service portal users.
