Calling the N3 Help Desk? Changes to the dialling option announcement

To keep our customers informed about N3 information we have updated the N3 help desk dialling options. Customers calling the N3 Helpdesk will now be able to choose from:

  • Option One: Reporting or information on existing faults
  • Option Two: Information on provision/migration of N3 service, incl. engineering appointments
  • Option Three: All general enquiries
  • Option Four: Book an N3 Video Conferencing call and N3MeetMe and N3WebEx enquiries
  • Option Five: Mobile Health Worker technical enquiry

The N3SP helpdesk is available as your first point of contact for any queries you have please call us on 0800 085 0503 and select the option you need from the above list.
